Gaining weight but building more fat than muscles.
Post Body

So I gained 15lbs for the last year and it looks like I gain mostly fat... I'm trying to consume my daily protein intake as much as I can. I must say I'm not very consistent but with small kids sometimes it's hard. Overall I eat very healthy, working out 3 times per week, I'm following split program. I know I probably need to working out daily and include cardio, but I would like to gain 5 more pounds and then will start to cut. Any advice how to build more muscles and less fat? Any advice will be greatly appreciated. First two pictures - beginning of my journey, the rest - right now.

Get some more protein in. Try and hit your body weight in protein. Add in light cardio and keep working hard! You look great
