Is 15-17%bf for a 36yo woman unhealthy?
Post Body
I'm currently at 23% bf, 5'4, 133lbs. I've always wanted a six pack but I notice that it's met with resistance, with me thinking that I don't compete so I don't really need it. I'd still like to do it for myself but it seems like a lot to drop down.
Just wondering if that would be unhealthy for someone my age. I've also been getting sick a lot so I don't know if losing more body fat means it would affect my immune system.
