Lumbar strain…any recovery tips?

I was stepping off a curb while turning to talk to someone and there it went. Back is seized up and I’m big hurting. Any of you been through something similar and have some recovery tips?
I’ve iced and taken ibuprofen and tried to keep walking around a bit. Tomorrow adding heat and some stretching
