I’m just wondering how those of you who have insomnia manage your workout routines. My insomnia has really kicked my butt this week, no matter how tired or sleepy I get, falling and staying asleep is just not happening. Thursdays are a usual workout day for me, but today I’m feeling so out of it I wonder if I should even go to the gym. Do I suck it up and just go? Do y’all do just do lighter workout routines when you had a sleepless night before? It’s all very frustrating, feels it’s an annoying hurdle to hitting my goals and staying consistent.
