What does it feel like right before an injury
Post Body

Hi folks,

I’m finally starting to work at weight levels that are semi high and I’m pushing myself more so now I’m wondering about what is the difference between powering through a tough set vs maybe stopping because I’m about to injure myself? I’ve only had overuse injuries never snapped a tendon or anything but it’s scary so want to avoid that any tips? Can your muscles just like snap if you lift too heavy?
