Hi all, I tried beginning creatine really slowly, as my first time one year ago trying a loading dose ended up... Explosive to say the least. So fast forward to this week, wanting to try again, the first day I took 3gr. And again, diarrhea (although not as the first time). So two days later, I took only 1gr... Tried drinking A LOT of water, taking it with food at the same time. And again, not feeling great. Problem is: I cannot have a bad digestion as I move around a lot for my work and my sports. Anyone have any advices? I'm not ready to give up yet the idea of the benefits of creatine!
Edit: It worked ! As some recommended to mix it with hot water. I put it in a tea and no more problems. Thanks y'all!
