Running after over a year off and needing deep breathes all day. Is that normal?
Post Body

I just went for a run for the first time in over a year. It was a short run and I went pretty slow and easy since I didn’t want to overdue it too much.

Now all day today if feels like I need to take a deep breathe like every 20-30 minutes or so. Almost like a yawn but then just a deep breathe makes the feeling go away. Is that normal? Is that just my lungs adjusting?

If anyone else has gone thru this or something similar I’d love to hear.
