Back issues = No deadlifts or squats can I still progress?
Post Body
I just finished Body Beast and P90X. I did both very modified and find myself at “OK to good shape” after a long year of getting back from injury.
I enjoy weight lifting but I can’t go very heavy on deadlifts or squats given back issues.
Thoughts on programs that would adapt to this fact?
I know that there tremendous gains just to get on with nutrition but when I was in the best shape of my life compound movements were a big part of what I did.
