Day 1 Barbell Bench Press - 5/5/5 Bent over Barbell Row - 5/5/5 Barbell Back Squat - 5/5/5 Standing Cable Overhead tricep Ext - 12/12/12 Seated Cable Crunch - 12/12/12
Day 2 Standing Overhead Barbell Press - 5/5/5 Barbell Deadlift - 5/5/5 Underhand Grip pull up - 3 sets of max reps Seated Dumbbell Curl - 10/10/10 Standing Dumbbell Shrug - 12/12/12
Day 3 Same as Day 1
Day 4 Same as Day 2
Day 5 ** not scheduled, but I would like to add some other exercise** Calf Raise, Lat Pulldowns, Dumbbell Row, Ab Roller, ???
