Definitely more work to do but I'm pretty proud of where I'm at so far. Managed to sober up, stop eating like a pig and now I'm focusing on aging gracefully. Left pic is 180lb, right pic is 140lb. I could never stick with a routine so after a few years of start/stop I decided to keep it simple. I would start with a single goal for the first month then add on each month afterwards. Month 1- 100 pushups each day Month 2- Add 100 situps Month 3- Add boxing Month 4- Add running There's definitely been a positive metal change and I'm excited for the future for the first time in quite a while. ✌
