If I compete in bikini is it going to affect my fertility a lot ?

I’m worried about ppl online saying don’t do it if you’re trying to get pregnant in the next year. Bikini competes messes with female hormones etc, hair falling out, brittle nails.
What are yalls thoughts ? My goal is to be on stage this Fall or next Spring.
