We have decided even though it is early on for us and my journey, we want to start looking for a coach to help with better nutrition and some more focused workouts.
What are some things you look for?
what are some key questions to ask?
I am currently on a low dose of Test C (Dr. Prescribed) and the one we met with over the weekend advised that it would be better IF I stopped taking the T, to help reduce bf. I was a little confused as since starting the T I had gained a good bit of muscle which in turn has helped greatly in reducing my bf. I am currently at just over 20%, and know I have a long way to go still, and MUCH to learn.
