Hi people,
I have experience with fasting in the past 16/8 protocol. I did experienced more alertness, sharpness of my mind and was feeling more energetic. Also brain fog didn't exist while i was fasting .
2 years ago i tried 24 h fast and it was ok for me.
Now thinking to put 24 h fast protocol for me every week to decrease symptom of depression, anxiety, to get mental clarity, clean my body , and to help me with my spirituality.
Is there any side effect of doing this ? Please can you describe to me your experience if you doing it for same or similar reasons.
