HI Guys

I been fasting last 4 months 16/8 protocol. It was easy and good feeling for me, last month I started to fast every Sunday for 24 hour period. Last 5 days I started to eat my breakfast again before my gym session, 2 days ago I had one stressful situation and felt my thyroid and neck pain. Today went to hospital to check my blood and hormones.

I did many research today on this topic, and there is a plenty different views on this problem. Somebody say fasting helps to reduce this problem some other guys saying that can make things worse....

Anybody else with this experience here? Should I go back to the 16/8 protocol or stop with that forever.

Thanks
