Hi y'all, happy fasting๐Ÿ’ฆ

I was doing 72hr (3 day) fasts with an approx. 12 hr re-feed for the past week and a half. I didn't weigh myself beforehand so I can't tell you how much weight I lost but my pants fit so much better and my skin looks pretty good! I also hit my lowest weight since December 2019๐Ÿ™Œ

Anyways, my previous 3 day fast was really hard to get through! I was so hungry halfway through day 2. I gave myself a 3 day re-feed. I found that a 72hr fasting isn't sustainable for me, not long-term at least. I'm currently in a fasted state but I'm not sure whether to do ADF or OMAD or 16:8 or another 3 day.

This brings me to the question...does anyone else struggle to decide what fasting schedule to follow? Do you try them all and see what split works best?
