Doing intermitting fasting 16/8 protocol last 3 months. In the begging, I felt very good and saw how my fat is melting. Later i wasn't so strict with my diet so i take occasionally some junk food, but still trying to keep the eating window for 8 hours. I did a lot of research about fasting and anxiety, i usually have anxiety, many studies say that fasting helps with anxiety some other studies say the opposite. Now, in my case, I felt both sides of the story, in the begging my performance was on a higher level during the workout, I do the workout in the morning in the fasted stated. Last few weeks i feel more brain fog during my workout and the rest of day. I am on a semen retention journey as well with some upside-down.... So my question is, should i try a different type of fasting or some specific food for my anxiety ? or i should consider something else, some other method? i watched on YouTube saying that people with this issue shouldn't fast, especially do workouts in the fast state, because of flight or fight response and lower blood pressure....
Anybody here with similar problems and experiences? Especially someone who went through all of this? My apologies for not having perfect English , cheers.
