Is it a bad idea to fast with a broken bone?
Post Body
I was ready to start a three day fast tomorrow, and then see if I can push it to five. But yesterday I might have broken my big toe (I can't confirm it's a fracture since it's probably not a good idea to go to a hospital in these days).
On one side fasting is anti inflammatory, but on the other I might be lacking the nutrients required to heal the bone, so I'd like to hear someone else's take on it.. I know I could pospone it a few days but I was feeling really motivated to start it.
