Starting my first EF tonight, I've been more of a night owl recently so not sure what time I will have my last supper, but I am hoping to get my circadian rhythms back in check this week. My goal is to make it to Monday evening as I plan on going back into OMAD for a few weeks when I finish, as well as some ADF and hopefully add in some additional EFs over the next month. I've never really fasted longer than 24 hours purposely, but I have done numerous 'cleanses' including multiple 10 day Master Cleanses back when I thought that was a viable option, so I'm used to consuming nothing but liquids for extended periods of time. Grateful to have found the whole Fungworld and am excited to see where this new leg of my journey takes me.
