Please tell me it gets better!

On my 2nd day of fast, I am hoping to do a 7 day or at least 5 day fast. I did a 3 day fast last year with not much difficulty except for nausea on 2nd and 3rd day. Outside of fasting I have been doing OMAD for months.

But this one has been very tiring. Brain fog just after crossing 24 hour mark, not much will and energy to do anything. I am not hungry but weak. I have had around 2 tsp of lo salt with water to get enough sodium and potassium today. I am also getting magnesium using the oil spray version. I had apple cider vinegar this morning and it got rid of the nausea but fatigue and brain fog still there. The thing is quitting is not an option for me, I need to do it as I have got loads of gut issues and hoping this will either fix them or at least reduce them.

Hoping that this would get better on 4th day...
