I have been doing IF for years and recently switched to OMAD earlier this year. I did my first long fast last year but only lasted 2.5 days because of extreme nausea. I only towards the end of that fast had realised that long fasts are completely different to your average IF or OMADs as in you need to prepare for them but by then it was too late. Since then I learnt that I should have taken magnesium and potassium and salt everyday.
I am hoping to do a 5 day fast very soon. Can someone help me out how much NaCl/Mg/K they take per day and if there is anything else I need to take as well?
