Still new, great at 24 hr, but when I’d do 36 there’s a struggle. Tips?
Post Body

Hi. I normally do 17:7, but would like to throw in a 36 hr fast once a week. I would actually like to fast for a week but I’m not there. I’ve completed 2 of 3 attempts at 36 hour fast. For both of those when I finished and broke the fast, even though I didn’t eat a lot of deal with any physical issues, I just felt super wiped from fasting and not into it/done with it. I do have to use A LOT of will power from about 25 hrs until bed time.

Anyone deal with this issue or have tips? Does it just go away as you practice? I drink plenty of water and electrolytes and maybe too much coffee. Will be slowly switching to tea but that’s for other reasons. Thank!
