After fasting and starting to eat healthier, I finally reached my ideal weight. I started at 206lbs and now i'm at 184lbs. I only have 1 meal a day and sometimes a green apple for lunch. I'm having slight stomach pains but I'm not sure if its because of the lack of food? Has anyone had some mild stomach pains and how do you deal with it? Also, I'm starting to slip under my goal weight and I don't want to go back to stretching my stomach out by eating 2 meals a day because its hard to go back to just 1 meal.
