Post Body

If a person's life is very stressful, there are many things to deal with. It is even more difficult to endure hunger.

Unfortunately I'm one of those people.

When I used to live a stress free life, I could stick to 7 days without eating anything to lose weight.

But now life is full of stress and I have to eat a lot to relieve the stress.

I don't know how to lose weight when my life is so stressful.

I'm curious if anyone else is in the same situation as me? How do you guys do it?

I'm already in a bad mood, and life is so stressful, if I have to endure hunger. It's adding pain on top of pain.

Yesss it is difficult. Body & mind becomes more demanding to food just for comfort.

It's more possible for me if I'm mad/ pissed off at someone or something. Also when broken hearted (from a guy or/and a pet that just died) I can go on 2 days not eating, that's it hehe not a pro.
