Still going strong but man, did I have a moment of weakness yesterday evening. So its not like im hungry, oh no, stomach is fine. But the cravings started creeping in.
Also this Sunday my friend has got his birthday, and we're going to the restaurant. And so my dilema arises. Should I break fast on Friday as to avoid the food going straight through me during sunday dinner? Would keep it keto tho.
I dont know, do you think that 7 day fast requires a refeeding period or is it too short to do that?
