I'm 28, 5'10, 307lbs. For the past month I've been fasting those 3 days a week, for 4 weeks and I've lost nothing. The 2 weekdays I eat, I'm VERY careful about calories and even make sure I get most of them from protein. Weekends I am much more laxed but the thing is, before I started this, I've been at this weight for almost a year. During this fasting regimen I've been eating the same amount on weekends that I've always been, not more. But I also used to eat a lot the rest of the days of the week as well. I feel I should have lost at LEAST 10lbs. Having 0 calories 3 days a week is the hardest thing I've done but I kept telling myself, it would pay off. Now finding out it did nothing was devastating. I honestly don't know what to do anymore.
