Im trying to eat one meal a day or one meal every other day. I live at a mental health facility where they serve food. It depends on the menu if I eat or not but I have no real control over the menu besides not eating. I try to eat protein and I have tea and coffee. Ive been doing alivia DeAndre's back workout for beginners. I haven't gotten sore yet I've also been sleeping on the floor. Maybe because it stretches? Im 151, I'm trying to get to 120. I know muscle weighs more then fat but I'm not muscular. Is there any recommended workouts? Should I just do yoga and pilates? I also wanted to try Chole Ting's workout. Should I even be eating protein? Would I get better results if I didn't eat at all? Someone told me it will take till August till I get my desired weight. Is there any advice for accelerated process? My wormitf goals is to look good, get flexible and have enough muscles to do a pull up and parkour. I have an exercise bar but I can't even do a pull up yet. The longest I fasted before was 2 weeks and even then I had a two pack not a six pack. Any six pack advice us welcomed. I'd really like to have one.
