Difference between a water fast and liquid fast
Post Body

Hey all! Last week I did a 48-hour water fast. It was really challenging to do but I felt amazing once I had completed it. And this week I'm trying a liquid fast for 73 hours. So I will have tea, water, and coffee with milk. For those of you who have done a water fast and a liquid fast before, did you find that there was a difference in how your fasting went as well as the overall results once you completed your fast? I'm trying a liquids fast because I want to try fasting for a longer period of time. I'm right now 14 hours into the fast and I feel great. No hunger or anything.
