Hi guys ! I am looking to lose 45 pounds by April!

So I currently weight 200 lbs and I am 5 foot 8 inches. I currently go to the gym 3-5 times a week for weight training ! My question would be what type of fasting diet or schedule could I use to reach my goal ? I have done a 72 hour fast before but I was looking for something more Manageable but Iām not too experienced in fasting aside from the mental fortitude for it!
