I have had great results fasting about three days a week. However i thought i went resonable on carbs by eating mostly protien. i had maybe 30g of sugar in my re feeding meal mostly from a coconut water and the dressing that came with the salad kit. I try to keep my potasium up you know.
My body still dumped all my ketones and brown thunder. Is there anyway around this? Looking for tips. Meal was as follows.
Prime ribe 1/2
1/2 a soft boiled egg.
Nibble on a small piece of pickled papya. 4grams maybe.
Sweet kale salad 2.5 cups.
glass of milk.
glass of coconut milk.
1 sour gummy. (Not one bag just one sour patch kid)
0.0 ket/mmol on breath anaylsis down for 2.6 earlier in the day.
