Got married 3 years ago and have gained way more weight then I would have liked, I still have a lot of muscle and have recently been cutting for the past month. I have done fasts in the past but Iโm worried about losing muscle mass while on a long fast, I am still expecting to lose some but I donโt want to lose more then like 20% Iโm 6โ1 at 260 pounds hoping to drop down to a BMI of around 12-15% I would say right now Iโm probably close to 30% Should I follow through with the fast for just keep cutting at a high protein calorie deficit?
