I’ve learned over the past few months that I need to start doing more sets 4-5 and reps of 12-15 instead of 5x5. I am not a power lifter and it only looks good for IG. I know I can squat 225 but I only do it for 1-3 reps. That’s nothing for me and I’m sick of pushing pressure on my knees.
