I was just standing next to my wheelchair earlier today when I realized that I had a DND session in five minutes. I very quickly turned around and hit my ankle pretty hard on the metal part of the wheelchair. I hit the part of the ankle that's at the end of the tibia.
My ankle hurts pretty bad, but luckily I'm still able to walk. I just have to get through the pain. Not like I don't already do that. I just feel like my balance somehow got worse than it already was. Whenever I walk now it just feels awkward, like I'm not bending my ankle right or something like that.
I'm hoping I didn't sublux anything because I wouldn't even know how to pop that back in myself. If I did sublux something hopefully it will just go back in place on it's own. I have something important to go to tomorrow and I really don't want to have to go to urgent care and possibly miss it. Somehow I miraculously manage to never break my bones even when it seems like I should've, so I guess I'm lucky that I didn't break my ankle at least. It's another one of those times that I injure myself in the most ridiculous ways.
