Hiya, like some of you my body is rather bad at regulating it's temperature and now the days are getting colder I can get so cold even with quite warm clothes and whilst being inside, especially my hands and feet get very cold, very fast. Since some of you probably have some expierence with that, I was wondering if you guys had some tips or tricks <3
Do you also have cold hands in the summer?
Gonna be super annoying here but if you don't let yourself be cold, then your body will not develop the brown fat you need to stay warm through the colder months and you will be perpetually cold until it warms up again outside. Being a little bit cold is okay if you aren't shivering.

I expected the downvotes!
I only realized how important it was after I got into riding horses and bought my own. You gotta be out there even if it's cold, sometimes for hours. This fall (so far) and last winter, I have been significantly warmer than I have been previous winters. It was 29 degrees this morning and it snowed overnight, but my hands are warm right now even though I had to spend some time brushing off my car and driving and am now sitting in a cool office.
Exercising is also important for improving circulation, but it's already hard enough to get people to exercise, let alone when you're disabled/don't know how to do it safely AND it's cold outside.
