I'm undiagnosed, trying to get assessed by a geneticist and am compiling a list of symptoms that fit EDS criteria. Haven't determined which subtype I fit.
My surgery scars have matured a bit, but they consist of a bunch of randomized segments of normal, blobby hypertrophic, and possibly atrophic scarring in the same incision line. I've never seen anyone have such randomized scars, or blobs of hypertrophic scars like mine. Online pictures of hypertrophic and atrophic scars usually only consist of one type of scarring, so I'm looking to see what a single scar from a single incision looks like with both hypertrophic and atrophic scars. Anyone got any to share?

Edit: forgot to add that when my surgeon touched my hypertrophic scars, she was surprised and said "Wow, they're so soft!" She later said she's never seen anyone have such "reactive" skin. Now I'm thinking this should probably be added to my list of things I will show the geneticist whenever I see them!
