so I recently got a job at a summer camp, I'm really excited for everything except this one aspect. to be able to swim without a life jacket, you have to be able to pull yourself out of the pool during the swim test. you only have to do it once the entire time you're there. my problem is that due to my HEDS and other disabilities, it's incredibly hard to pull myself out of the pool without dislocating something. I can't really wear a life jacket safely due to my breast size and I can swim perfectly fine, does anyone have an easier way to pull themselves out of the pool without having to lock their elbows or strain their hips?
