Is anyone interested in being accountability partners or starting a group chat for doing the Muldowney protocol every day? Just hyping each other up, venting, going through the process together, checking in?

From my understanding, it’s 15-30 min a day, POTS friendly, and starts low and slow. I have tried and failed to stay consistent a couple of times, but my body is feeling the effects of not having strong stabilization around lax joints🥲
