This is an EDS thing? Is this a having a uterus fucking blows thing?
I remember lots of girlfriends from high school always talking about how miserable belly cramps were, but I've rarely ever gotten them. I get them in my lower back, like being stabbed with spikey screw drivers and having them twisted.
And my legs ache. I get really terrible calf cramps, like a dull ache. My legs hurt, my feet freeze, and all of my joints get cold. Like...my entire skeleton has a chill.
It's been this way forever. I've never heard anyone get these kinds of pains with the cycle before.
