DAE wiggle their toes constantly?

Post Body

I have this frustrating need to constantly be wiggling and popping my toes. If I wiggle them, they all pop/crack, over and over again for a while. Eventually, they stop popping but I still feel the constant urge to keep them moving. Sometimes it causes pain up my calf when I’m trying to sleep, and sometimes my toes themselves become stiff and painful.

If I resist it, it feels like pressure builds up and it gets uncomfortable, and then I wind up accidentally popping them by flexing them at all, or wiggling them subconsciously. Is this a common experience? How can I make it stopπŸ™ƒ
