Post Body

Like many of us, I've struggled to find ways to have sex that don't cause (unwanted) pain or injuries, but this new one experience takes the cake. I had an orgasm and my leg stopped working(?). It hurt to move my left leg for the rest of the night and it was almost impossible to move it forward or backward. After I (gracefully and very sexily /s) dragged myself out of bed and readjusted to being vertical, I had to walk sideways to get to the bathroom.

It's the next morning and my leg will move properly but hurts a lot! WTF, body?

On the lighter side, my husband is (jokingly) very proud of his talent. At least we can laugh about it.

I get all sorts of more minor issues and dislocations when doing certain sexual positions. Especially in my shoulders and knees.

One thing that helps me a lot is incorporating strategic bondage and furniture to provide extra support. Sex swings, spanking/fucking benches, leg binders (basically sensual sexy leg braces with leather straps), and a variety of other toys. Even some rope ties (futuomo with hip harness, server's hand, elbow harness, arm binder, &c). It might be worth seeing if some sex furniture or positional restraints help you. There does need to be a level of attention paid that when moving in the restraints from orgasm you won't put torque on the floaty joints though.

I have made many jokes about the fact I'm safer in Bondage 😅. "Ya see, I'm safer in bondage I can't fall for no reason if I'm all tied up," &c.

I've done some suspension stuff but only with very experienced people who were aware of the condition and with constant communication and attention to joints. It's really just about risk tolerance and mitigation. Ultimately doing rope you can already have long term or permanent nerve damage, fall risks from bad lines, strangulation, &c. Ultimately rope is a fairly risky form of play and suspension is straight up edge play so the risks are substantial, but it can be done in a way that minimizes those risks.
