how to separate symptoms?

just wondering how everyone manages to figure out what symptoms are from what cause?
I have EDS, POTS and MCAS, thinking I may be pregnant (early stages if I am, taking a test this week) but no clue which symptoms are which condition or the potential pregnancy.
anyone have any advice on how to figure this out? or any personal experiences on early pregnancy symptoms would also be great please :)
