Listen to me. You are not going crazy. You have to get that through your head. Do you hear me?There’s literally NOTHING wrong with you. Believing that there’s something wrong with you IS WHATS WRONG WITH YOU!!! Don’t you get it?
This is how it works. When you believe that there’s something wrong, wether it be with yourself; reality, or an existential thought, then you get more anxiety. When you give power to the thoughts that fuel your anxiety, your brain gets extremely tired, and you dissociate. It’s that simple.
You can, and either will, or will not choose to break this cycle. It’s really that simple. And it’s up to you. Realize you are choosing to give power to your fear. Thoughts are not reality. Recognize the thought loops, and hold them accountable. You have to start being conscious of EVERY SINGLE thought you have. Could you get in a car crash on your way to work and die? Yes. But are you really gonna fear for your life every time you go to work? This is how the depersonalized mind thinks. Recognize what you’re doing and take back your life.
