Did anyone feel Panic attack triggered dpdr?

Did anyone of you feel when you got dpdr from panic attack a feeling like your neurons are constantly being fired. You are confused. The headache and racing mind like neurons are constantly being fired sooo sooo much that it's driving you crazy making you cry extreme anxiety and relentless. Did anyone had that when they got dpdr from panic attack?

For me it got away when I went to Dr crying and took clonazepam but still it's there the buzzing and nueron firing making me go crazy.

How to stop that. Only clonazepam helps but not fully and it's temporary.
