I went on 2 trains to somewhere and 2 back. The 1st I was terrified inside and I immediately wanted to get off, but the rest were fine. I thought I'd feel bad in the city too but I was ok, I still felt dissociated but no derealisation. I'm glad I went just bc it probably benefitted me a lot, this week I saw my friend a lot as she lost her apprenticeship due to lack of funds, so we r making the most of the time left until she gets a new one. I am thinking about going to a nearby country by ferry ⛴️ feeling a lot better after this experience. If I don't feel derealisation my brain will feel safer to get rid of dissociation. I also want to start going to cities alone after that. 🥳💪🎊❤️
