DPDR gone back to worst from potentially inhaling second hand weed smoke?

Post Body

Bit of backstory, around September 2022, I had a panic attack, heart palpitations, shortness of breath while smoking weed (daily smoker 4 years), and every time i smoked after, the next day i would still have shortness of breath and palpitations and other dpdr symptoms. Last summer I went to a festival on small doses of ketamine and mdma, while quite drunk and have had permanent dpdr since.

Yesterday I decided to visit some old university friends. It was the first time since having permanent dpdr, and i was already scared of having a panic attack or something making my dpdr worse from being in a big city, where they live. It was fine, and we went to hang out at my friends house, but i didn't realise he now smokes weed indoors. I asked him not to while i was there, and I couldn't see or smell any smoke in the room, but i have a feeling someone had recently smoked weed inside, like the same day or before. I felt a bit weird after thinking that, then today i woke up with those same palpitations and high levels of anxiety like i'd smoked weed or something. DPDR also back to it's worst with the physical sensations, detachment, brain fog etc also.

What I would like to know is, is it likely i got second hand high on the tiniest bit from being in the room, or is this in my head, like an ocd or psychological reaction? Either way the physical symptoms feel very real.
