I've been having some weird things happen during and after runs.

During my runs I get so winded that I'm wheezing. I especially notice this when I stop running. I breathe in through my nose and out through my mouth at a steady pace so I'm not panting or anything. I feel like I could physically go faster, but I cannot because of my breathing. Advice?
After my jogs, I am constantly sneezing and get a runny nose. It's annoying. I'll sneeze for hours after. Anyone know what this is or how to stop it? I've never had this issue before.
