How do you store knives when you have too many?
Post Body

Hopefully this is okay to post here, if not I hope I can be pointed in the right direction.

I am looking for knife storage solutions that other chefs use. I have seen the husky tool box, but I was going to use one for kitchen tools (spoons, peelers, paring knives, fish slice, etc...) and my back up roll is full, my work/stage roll has what I need in it.

I have also seen the pelican cases with slots cut. But I don't have a drawer to put the extra knives in.

So I'm wondering what a more cost effective way of storing maybe 20 knives would be (I only have to store 10-12.. for now.)
