Greetings! Been lurking for a bit, but have been wanting to replace my ancient, dented Zwilling? knife with full bolt(upper right in the pic. Yes, I'm a Stoner Chef.), which now bugs me, as I now prefer the pinch grip.

I've been poking around online and on Amazon, but I'd like a Damascus blade Gyuto, but am concerned about the fake Damascus printing/etching I've been reading about. I figure this group will point me in the right direction.
