Is Par/pre cooking possible on a brisket
Post Body
I am trying to wrap my mind around a situation I have coming up. I have done my fair share of briskets an a Texas style wood burning Bbq. Usually I would just ride out a long day on the BBQ. This time however I can't get my rig to the venue with enough time to cook them. Is it possible to "Par" or Pre smoke the brisket and fire it back up the next day?
Thank you for taking the time to help me figure out this problem
