I've been trying to emphasize my glutes in the gym, so I've been doing squats and hip thrusts, and I'm seeing slow progress. I'd like to speed it up a bit by doing something every day (or every other day), just like a quick 3 sets in the morning. My glutes look fine in profile, but head-on, they're nothing special, so I need to stress the outer glutes if that's even possible. Does this plan make any sense? Is just one quick BW workout a day enough to make a difference in the long run? If anyone thinks so, I'd love to hear what workout you think I should do.
