Hello everyone, quick question! Does anyone else seem to be having similar issues with mind muscle connection?
I can flex my right butt cheek, I feel the upper and side part of my butt flex really well. But my left butt cheek, I feel it flex only on the bottom of it, not the upper or side of my glutes. My workout buddies are actually having the same exact issues!
When I flex while doing my glute work, I get good pumps in those specified areas that I can flex. But not the other areas. I want to make sure I'm hitting every part of my glutes, and more importantly, get that mind muscle connection for each area. (Sides, upper, lower)
Is there anyway I and my buddies can form a better mind muscle connection with the areas of my butt I'm having trouble with? (Upper, side, lower?) It would help our glute exercises big time!
